TVSync — Privacy Policy
Short version: TVSync does not collect any personal data. There are no accounts, no servers, no analytics and no advertising. Everything the app remembers stays on your iPhone.
Who is responsible
TVSync is developed and published by Francisco Javier Toucedo Campos, an individual developer based in Spain.

What the app stores, and where
TVSync saves a small amount of information on your device only, so that it can reconnect to your television without asking you again:
- The televisions you have saved: the name you gave them, the brand and model reported by the set, and its local network address (IP and, where available, MAC).
- The name of the room.
- The television apps you marked as favourites.
- Your preferences: remote style and whether the buttons vibrate.
- The pairing key your television issues, stored in the iOS Keychain, which the operating system keeps encrypted.
None of this is transmitted anywhere. It is not sent to the developer, and it is not shared with third parties. Deleting the app removes it from your device.
Your local network
To find your television, TVSync scans the network your iPhone is connected to and then sends the remote-control commands directly to the set. iOS asks for your permission the first time. That traffic travels only between your iPhone and your television, inside your own network; it never reaches the developer or any other server.
Purchases
The subscription is processed entirely by Apple. Payment details, billing address and purchase history are handled by Apple under its own privacy policy. The developer never sees your card, your name or your address; the app only learns whether a valid subscription exists.
No analytics, no tracking, no third parties
TVSync contains no analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or attribution software, and no third-party libraries of any kind. Your activity in the app is not measured, profiled or shared, and nothing is used for advertising or sold to anyone.
Children
The app is not directed at children and, since it collects no personal data, it does not knowingly process data from anyone, regardless of age.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your personal data. Because the developer neither collects nor holds any personal data about you, there is nothing on his side to access or erase. The information described above lives on your device and is under your control: you can remove all of it by deleting the app, or remove individual televisions from the app's settings.
If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
Changes to this policy
If the app ever starts handling data differently, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change. Material changes will also be described in the app's release notes.

TVSync — Política de privacidad
En corto: TVSync no recoge ningún dato personal. No hay cuentas, ni servidores, ni analítica, ni publicidad. Todo lo que la app recuerda se queda en tu iPhone.

TVSync está desarrollada y publicada por Francisco Javier Toucedo Campos, desarrollador individual con residencia en España.

Qué guarda la app, y dónde
TVSync guarda una pequeña cantidad de información solo en tu dispositivo, para poder reconectarse a tu televisor sin volver a preguntarte:
- Los televisores que has guardado: el nombre que les has puesto, la marca y el modelo que declara el aparato, y su dirección en tu red local (IP y, cuando está disponible, MAC).
- El nombre de la estancia.
- Las apps del televisor que has marcado como favoritas.
- Tus preferencias: el estilo del mando y si los botones vibran.
- La clave de emparejamiento que emite tu televisor, guardada en el Llavero de iOS, que el sistema mantiene cifrado.
Nada de esto se transmite a ninguna parte. No se envía al desarrollador ni se comparte con terceros. Al borrar la app, desaparece de tu dispositivo.
Tu red local
Para encontrar tu televisor, TVSync explora la red a la que está conectado tu iPhone y después le manda las órdenes del mando directamente. iOS te pide permiso la primera vez. Ese tráfico va únicamente entre tu iPhone y tu televisor, dentro de tu propia red; no llega al desarrollador ni a ningún servidor.
Las compras
La suscripción la gestiona Apple por completo. Los datos de pago, la dirección de facturación y el historial de compras los trata Apple conforme a su propia política de privacidad. El desarrollador no ve tu tarjeta, ni tu nombre, ni tu dirección; la app solo sabe si existe una suscripción válida.
Sin analítica, sin rastreo, sin terceros
TVSync no incorpora software de analítica, de informes de fallos, de publicidad ni de atribución, ni ninguna librería de terceros. Tu actividad dentro de la app no se mide, ni se perfila, ni se comparte, y no se usa para publicidad ni se vende a nadie.
Menores
La app no está dirigida a menores y, al no recoger datos personales, no trata datos de nadie, sea cual sea su edad.
Tus derechos
El Reglamento General de Protección de Datos te reconoce los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión y portabilidad de tus datos personales. Como el desarrollador no recoge ni conserva ningún dato personal tuyo, no hay nada por su parte a lo que acceder ni que borrar. La información descrita arriba vive en tu dispositivo y está bajo tu control: puedes eliminarla entera borrando la app, o quitar televisores concretos desde los ajustes.
Si consideras que tus derechos en materia de protección de datos se han vulnerado, puedes presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Cambios en esta política
Si algún día la app pasa a tratar datos de otra manera, esta página se actualizará y cambiará la fecha de entrada en vigor. Los cambios importantes se explicarán también en las notas de la versión.
